1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using any app published by Draco Studio ("we", "us", "our") or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or website.
2. License to use the apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms and the Apple App Store terms.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Some apps offer optional paid features or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the apps, including by attempting to reverse engineer them (except where permitted by law), interfering with their operation, or using them for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
The apps, this website, and all associated content, logos, and designs are owned by Draco Studio and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content you create using the apps remains yours.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draco Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the app in question.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
